33 year old black male looking for a female housemate. I live alone in a house located in a gated community and am looking for a female housemate. I work full time and struggle to get around to doing all the house chores so would like someone that can assist with that. I’m open to various types of arrangements as long as it works for the both of us. I take care of the general expenses around the house and am not expecting rent money but rather that you take care of the house and me. Preferably someone moving in alone or two women moving together is the most I can accept. The length of this agreement is completely up to us to negotiate so text me and we will discuss how we can help each other out.
